We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, business name, email address, and phone number. We also collect information about your clients and bookings as you use the platform.
We use your information to provide and operate the platform, process payments, send appointment reminders via SMS, and sync bookings to your Google Calendar. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS communications, Supabase for data storage, and Google Calendar API for calendar integration. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request permission to create and update calendar events on your behalf. We only access your calendar to sync booking appointments. We do not read, store, or share your existing calendar data. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Settings page.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
