This platform provides home service businesses with tools to manage bookings, clients, invoices, memberships, and payments. The platform is operated by Tandem Technical.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The platform processes payments through Stripe. A platform fee is applied to each transaction processed through the platform. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms of service. You are responsible for completing Stripe's identity verification to accept payments.
By using the platform, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to your account, bookings, and appointments. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize the platform to create and update calendar events on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time from your Settings page.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to violate the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your Settings page.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tandem Technical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
